The workshop ends which a re-enactment of a scene from the show, using real costumes and props, plus a chance to quiz a real member of the Les Mis cast and a certificate to take home. A packed lunch with a sandwich, crisps, apple and juice is included (sorry but special dietary needs can't be catered for, so bring your own lunch if you prefer). Meanwhile mum or dad can enjoy some free time in London, returning to the theatre in time for both of you to watch a matinee performance of the hit musical.

Whether or not you've driven a car before, this is your chance to get the hang of driving in a purpose-built open-topped Ford Rally Sport Trainer - designed with safety in mind to give you the perfect balance of power and control. You'll start with a full briefing about the car, when you'll be taught about clutch control, steering and braking techniques before hitting the track. Then you can take the RST on a test stage with an expert instructor calling the corners as you power your way around, perfecting those sideway slides as seen on TV! You will be marked on your overall car control and the person with the highest scores will be entered on the website 'Hall of Fame'. Finish with three high-speed laps driven by an instructor in a Focus Diesel Rally car. You don't need any driving experience - but you do need to be a speed freak!

Transport yourself back to the days of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid with this wild west adventure for the cowboy or cowgirl in you. Your experience begins with a welcome and introduction to the Western Paint horses, Boston, Gypsy and friends. You'll meet your own trusty steed, saddle up and head off for a one hour riding lesson in the Western Riding Arena - western style. It's easier to learn and feels more secure than riding English-style, so it's great even for beginners. Next you'll be shown how to try your luck at lassoing the cow-horns, then finally it's time for a well-earned feast of ranch burger and beans. You'll also get certificates to take home to show everyone that you're official Junior Cowboys.

Back in rainy Britain it's very easy to forget why diving seemed so appealing. But learning how to scuba dive is a ticket to a lifetime of underwater adventure and this family experience is a perfect introduction to the sport. You'll get expert instruction on safety and underwater mobility techniques, then you'll learn how to breathe underwater and achieve weightlessness while getting used to the equipment. Courses take place in swimming pools under controlled conditions - and while it might seem a long way from diving in a tropical ocean, it's the perfect way for your family to get a basic grounding in diving and find out whether you like it. It's also ideal for anyone considering taking a PADI Open Water Diving Course. At the end of the session younger kids (under 10) even get a surprise gift to take home.

The experience begins with a full safety briefing for the whole group followed by a 15 minute practice session. After a break to get your breath back, you'll hit the track for another 15 minute driving session. A lap time report at the end tells you how well each of you has driven and who has ended up with the highest overall score. In the spirit of good family relations, you can show there are no hard feelings by joining in a rousing chorus of 'We Are The Champions' on the way home!

Karting isn't just for kids - it's how many Grand Prix champions (including Jenson Button and current F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton) start out before moving on to fame and fast women. Whatever your racing ambitions, this experience is loads of fun; whether you're a novice or an expert you'll enjoy this fast and furious session, racing others head-to-head around a specially-designed track. You'll start with a briefing and a few untimed practice laps to get you familiar with the karts and circuit (and get your competitive streak going). Then you'll compete against other drivers in race heats, semi-finals and finals. The winners receive prizes at the end of the session.

Especially for 10 to 17 year olds, a chance to drive a purpose built Ford Rally Sport Trainer before a thrilling high speed ride in a Focus Diesel Rally car, plus a tricky rally challenge for two accompanying adults. You'll start with a full briefing and be shown clutch control, steering and braking techniques to develop your skills before hitting the track. Your instructor will call the corners as you power your way round the tarmac surface test stage. Everyone gets the opportunity to handle four different birds of prey, from an eagle owl to a vulture and find out what makes a hawk a hawk, a falcon a falcon and an owl an owl. Once comfortable with the birds, you'll have the chance to fly some of them - there's nothing quite like the feeling you get when a top predator swoops in to land on your glove. You'll also go for a hawk walk, where you'll learn some more about the basics of falconry. There'll be lots of photo opportunities with the birds and you can also catch some of the flying displays that take place at the venue throughout the day. Tea and biscuits are included.
