Experience the glamorous world of international espionage by indulging the fantasy with this great day playing at secret agents. After a full briefing learn some of the skills employed by secret agents all over the world, head to the firing ranges and learn how to shoot automatic pistols and sniper rifles. Then move onto axe throwing (for goodness' sake don't try this at home), unarmed combat and covert surveillance, using cameras and bugs. Then try evasive driving - including J turns, handbrake turns and anti-ambush drills. Finish off at the 'drive in' pistol range, firing at targets from a moving vehicle, before screeching to a halt, jumping out of the car for more shooting and then speeding off. Throughout the day you'll be supervised by instructors who have first-hand experience of carrying out surveillance operations. Please be aware that no live ammunition or weapons are used in any of the activities, in order to fully comply with current legislation.

Ahoy there me hearties! Splice the main brace, shiver me timbers and other such nautical nonsense... there'll be none of that on this experience, which offers an introduction to sailing in a friendly and informal atmosphere. It's great fun - exhilarating and relaxing at the same time, and the best way to experience the beauty and freedom of the open sea. After coffee, biscuits and a safety briefing, your Yachtmaster skipper will introduce you to the basics of sailing and in no time at all you'll be out at sea, either on the Brighton or Southampton Water. If you're feeling energetic you can put theory into practice and take an active part in the afternoon's sailing, but if you'd rather you can just sit back in the cockpit and let the crew do the hard work while you relax and enjoy an afternoon at sea. You'll also have afternoon tea on board. All in all a very civilised approach to a wonderful pastime.

An eagle in flight is incredibly beautiful - but since eagles' natural habitats tend to be very remote, it's also very rare. With this experience you'll have the chance to get up close and personal with this deadly predator, and see their majesty and power first hand. Your experience begins with a guided tour of the bird of prey centre, where you'll see the various eagles in residence and get the chance to learn all about them. Then you'll receive expert one-to-one instruction on how to handle a bird, and find out about how they are trained. After lunch, stride out into beautiful British countryside with your instructor, where you'll fly an eagle to the glove (in Yorkshire get the chance to fly more than one type of eagle). It's an amazing opportunity to see these dramatic birds up close and watch their spellbinding flight - and there can't be many thrills to match the experience of an eagle coming in to land on your glove.

Lord about in a Land Rover, crack off a few shots with your 12 bore shotgun and dine opulently; this experience is a perfect chance to see how the other half live. Start your day with coffee, tea and bacon rolls, then receive a safety briefing and get teamed up before moving onto the action. Escorted by your highly trained instructor, your team will try the first of the activities available throughout the day, be that clay shooting on the fully equipped range, driving an open shell two-seater dune buggy, a spot of archery or getting back to nature driving a 4x4. Have a go at each of the four pursuits in turn during your memorable day in the wild. Sit down together and discuss who was best at what as you enjoy fine dining in the All Seasons restaurant where you will be sufficiently pampered with a four-course gourmet meal, before heading back out for some more japery. Conclude the experience at The Lodge with drinks at the bar and superb homemade cakes.

Driving an F1-style single-seater racing car is unlike anything else. You're strapped into the open cockpit with your legs stretched out into the nose of the car, the steering wheel in front of you and the gearstick between your legs. You're only a couple of inches off the ground and you'll know it; you can feel every bump and vibration and you'll have to fight not to oversteer, as your super-responsive car reacts to every tiny adjustment you make. This is driving at its limits, as done by the pros; just you and the car. Your experience starts with a briefing about safety and track craft. Next you'll warm up with three laps of Knockhill's 1.3-mile championship racetrack in a Seat Ibiza Cupra to hone your circuit driving technique, followed by two demonstration laps by your instructor in a Seat Leon. Then you'll strap in to a Honda Blackbird single-seater, driving solo for seven laps. There's a trophy for the best driver of the day, and everyone receives a certificate.
