Your experience begins with a short safety briefing before a qualified instructor takes you on two demonstration laps in a hot hatch so you can learn the racing lines and circuit driving techniques on this 1.8 mile circuit. Next take the wheel of an Italian Ferrari classic in either a Ferrari 360 or Ferrari 575 for four high speed laps. Once you've got your breath back, you'll move on to the 'must have' American muscle car - the supercharged 6-litre V12 Hummer H2 - for a further four laps. These two very different cars will give you a completely different ride, with your instructor encouraging you all the way. You'll finish with a debrief and certificate presentation.

You'll begin with a safety and track-craft introductory talk, then move straight on to driving. The first session is three laps one-to-one in a superb Seat Ibiza Cupra. Then your instructor will crank things up with a two lap demonstration in the Seat Leon. All you horsepower junkies will then be set loose for seven laps in the awesome motorcycle-engined Legend single-seater. Straight from the US, these racers are guaranteed to thrill. All participants receive a certificate, and there's a trophy for the best driver of the day. Don't just idle round the showroom. Strap yourself in and feel the power.

You've got to hand it the army - they've definitely got the best wheels. You can't beat driving around in military vehicles and shooting at stuff. You'll be kitted out in a camouflage suit and helmet and given a full safety briefing. During the course of the experience you'll drive three military vehicles, usually a Russian Grozdilka tank, an FV 432 armoured personnel carrier and amphibious Hagglund tracked carrier round a tough terrain track. There are also Humvees and Stalwarts on site. And you'll get the chance to try something from a range of other activities - go out on an SAS woodland patrol, you might learn how to load and fire mortars and muskets (mind your eyebrows), get a real armoury lecture and demo or do clay pigeon shooting. At the end of the session, the best driver will get to crush a car with a 56 ton Chieftain tank! And you even get to keep your camo suit. Next your instructor will drive you round the circuit in a sports saloon for five minutes of familiarisation laps to demonstrate the racing lines. Then you'll take the driving seat of the fantastic 183mph, 400 bhp, 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds Ferrari 360. Savour the moment as you hare around Rockingham in one of Maranello's breathtaking beauties. You'll just about have time to get your breath back before pushing your driving skills to the limit in a rally prepared Ford Focus. With an instructor by your side try handbrake turns and power slides as you put this car through its paces on a purpose built rally course. Finish with question and answer session and a certificate presentation.

Compete in authentic 2000cc single-seater Formula 2 stockcars. Exciting to drive and uniquely designed, with a full safety cage and a gear stick positioned between your legs. After a briefing on safety and driving techniques, warm up with five practice laps, then it's competition time, driving in two race heats of the Stockcar Championship, eight laps per heat. You can also try the Professionals Challenge (in fully race prepared off-road Sierra bangers), the Del-Boy Challenge (in Reliant Robins), Push-Me-Pull-You Car (Strictly Come Dancing on four wheels) and the Nag Drag Challenge (driving blindfolded, following instructions from a co-driver). There is even a film to watch so you can see how the real pros race. The excitement builds as drivers' battle it out for a place in the championship finals, with trophies for the winners (and certificates for all). Experience the glamorous world of international espionage by indulging the fantasy with this great day playing at secret agents. After a full briefing learn some of the skills employed by secret agents all over the world, head to the firing ranges and learn how to shoot automatic pistols and sniper rifles. Then move onto axe throwing (for goodness' sake don't try this at home), unarmed combat and covert surveillance, using cameras and bugs. Then try evasive driving - including J turns, handbrake turns and anti-ambush drills. Finish off at the 'drive in' pistol range, firing at targets from a moving vehicle, before screeching to a halt, jumping out of the car for more shooting and then speeding off. Throughout the day you'll be supervised by instructors who have first-hand experience of carrying out surveillance operations. Rally driving occupies a unique place in the motorsport world. It's fast, furious and often seems barely in control. Well, find out for yourself behind the wheel of a specially-prepared rally car. Discover the secrets of power slides, handbrake turns and skid cause and control on loose surface or tarmac rally stages - handy for the next time you're trying to find the ski lodge in a hire car. Your experience includes tuition and rally driving around a specially-prepared rally stage. At some venues you'll also be chauffeured around a stage by your instructor at competition speeds, just to show you how it's done. The itinerary and the make of car you drive will vary from venue to venue, from a range which includes the Peugeot 206, the ever-popular Fords (Escort MkII, Fiesta, Focus, Sierra or Puma) or the VW Polo.

Driving an F1-style single-seater racing car is unlike anything else. You're strapped into the open cockpit with your legs stretched out into the nose of the car, the steering wheel in front of you and the gearstick between your legs. You're only a couple of inches off the ground and you'll know it; you can feel every bump and vibration and you'll have to fight not to oversteer, as your super-responsive car reacts to every tiny adjustment you make. This is driving at its limits, as done by the pros; just you and the car. Your experience starts with a 30 minute safety briefing. Once the car's controls have been explained and you are strapped in, you'll head out onto the Silverstone track, behind a pace car, to get used to the Formula First's sensitive steering, the racing lines and acceleration. Your second driving session is back on track for a further 20 minutes to really go for it, without the pace car. Conclude with a debrief, driver assessment and certificate presentation.
