Especially for 10 to 17 year olds, a chance to drive a purpose built Ford Rally Sport Trainer before a thrilling high speed ride in a Focus Diesel Rally car, plus a tricky rally challenge for two accompanying adults. The Ford RST delivers a perfect balance of power and steering control for you to reproduce those sideways slides often seen on TV. You'll start with a full briefing and be shown clutch control, steering and braking techniques to develop your skills before hitting the track. Your instructor will call the corners as you power your way round the tarmac surface test stage. Once you're comfortable with basic car controls, you'll be ready to hit the track. You'll take the RST on a tarmac surface test stage with an instructor by your side, calling the corners as you power your way round, driving on the limit. Cars? Cars are for wimps! If you want to drive something really amazing it's got to be a powerboat, if possible one that goes at speeds up to 125mph and powers along at such a rate that it flies above the surface of the water - no chance of a car doing that. With our powerboat experience you'll go out in the Suzuki Hypercat, one of the fastest production powerboats in the world. Built in California, the boat is amazingly graceful and incredibly manoeuvrable. You'll start off with a safety briefing and introduction to the boat - with its hull the same as a class 1 powerboat, she rides on a cushion of air providing a fast, yet comfortable ride. Your crew will usually be veteran powerboat racing champions who know how to get the best out of the Suzuki Hypercat. You'll learn how to control the boat at speeds up to 60mph, then as you head out into open water there's an opportunity to have a go at driving - that should blow a few cobwebs away.
